Pensacola International Airport

Pensacola International Airport (PNS) serves the largest market along the Gulf Coast between New Orleans and Jacksonville and is the 97th largest airport in the U.S.  Since 2001, PNS has enjoyed a record increase of 54% more business, military and leisure passenger utilization.  AirTran Airways, American Eagle, Delta Air Lines, Silver Airways, United, and US Airways provide air service to 9 international hubs.

A 5-year, $82M terminal expansion project was recently completed including a 90ft ticketing expansion, state-of-the-art in-line baggage screening system, ADA compliant restroom modifications, enlargement of the security checkpoint area from 1500 sq. ft. to 8000 sq. ft., baggage claim system improvements, new concession space, 10 new jet bridges and additional gate capacity, terrazzo flooring, exterior and interior way finding signage, enhanced lighting, exterior landscaping, free luggage carts, filtered water-filling stations, and electronic device charging stations.

Air service offered at PNS serves a core market area from Mobile Bay, AL to Destin Harbor, FL.  While serving a market area of over 2 million residents, the sky is the limit as passenger traffic continues to climb beyond 1.5 million passengers per year.
